The Bolivar Liberators fell in defeat to the #1 ranked team in the state St. Dominic by a score of 0-7. The score was only 1-0 at half, but Dominic would open up the second half with a couple of quick goals and all hopes of a Liberator championship diminished quickly. The Liberators finish with the 2nd place trophy and a 23-6 record. More details later. Congrats Bolivar Liberators on a fantastic season! More details about the game and other info to come….check back soon.

Congrats Liberators on a great season.
You guys have played hard for four years and I have had the honor of being able to follow you through both this site and sgfsoccer.com. I saw a determined team with a lot of heart on Saturday. I also saw a fire in Bradley after the fourth goal that deserves to be mentioned. When down by 3 with little time left, St. Dominic scored. Bradley sprinted to grab the ball ran to midfield placed it in the circle and did everything he could to get back to playing wanting to get The HIGHEST FINISHING TEAM IN BOLIVAR HISTORY a goal. In the last four years, that may be the best memory I have as a fan(not to take away from many great accomplishments) and typically Toad is the player I focus on. Great Job boys. You have represented Bolivar and southwest Missouri with the highest amount of class.
Congratulations guys, from the McTeers! Stephen wished he could have been there with you, glad to see that all those drives to Springfield with Bradley, Toad and Matt paid off. (Matt, loved seeing that those flip throws, do you think those energy pills really work?)
